GF Machining Solutions, the milling, EDM and laser ablation machine tool specialist, and advanced tooling and automation system solutions provider, is rolling out two, separate \u2018Winter Promotional\u2019 deals in the run up to Christmas.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The first of these provides precision component manufacturers and mould tool and die-makers with an extra incentive to invest in a new CUT F wire EDM machine by guaranteeing its delivery before the year-end.<\/p>\n

The second, aimed at existing users and customers, provides significant discounts (15%) on all SYSTEM 3R Tooling.The CUT F promotion ends on the 15th <\/sup>of December 2023, and the SYSTEM 3R promotion ends on the 20th <\/sup>of December 2023.<\/p>\n

Both promotions are available only while stocks last.<\/p>\n

CUT F wire EDM machine promotion.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>AgieCharmilles CUT F 350 and CUT F 600 machines are packed with a host of technological innovations and features that are designed to improve customers\u2019 productivity, process efficiencies and performance.<\/p>\n

They are equipped with GF Machining Solutions\u2019 Intelligent Power Generators (IPG), and the now, iconic, Intelligent Spark Protection System (ISPS) and iWire technology \u2013 both part of the company\u2019s SparkTrack platform designed to improve part accuracies and processing speeds and eliminate wire breakages and reduce wire consumption.<\/p>\n

The machines are supplied with over 600 dedicated machining processes that can be accessed directly from their UNIQUA 19\u201d touchscreen iHMIs.<\/p>\n

SYSTEM 3R tooling promotion<\/strong><\/p>\n

System 3R tooling for wire EDM, die-sinking, electrode manufacture and the milling of precision parts have lots of things in common.With stable, precise and \u2018open architecture’ reference systems at their heart, System 3R tooling solutions deliver reduced set up times, ensure high-accuracy machining and unrivalled process reliability and efficiency. Another thing they all have in common is that they are all now available with a 15% discount if ordered before 20th December 2023.<\/p>\n

This special \u2018Winter Promotion\u2019 is designed to help precision component manufacturers and mould tool makers improve their productivity, sooner rather than later, and take complete control over their machining processes.<\/p>\n

The promotion covers all SYSTEM 3R tooling.<\/p>\n

For wire EDM this includes Macro chucks, B-axis indexing tables, holders, vice-sets and frames, and Ruler systems. And, for die-sinking applications and operations, SYSTEM 3R\u2019s \u2018one minute set-up\u2019 reference system solutions i.e., Macro, MacroCombi, Macro HP, MacroMagnum, GPS 240 and Dynafix etc., are all included.<\/p>\n
