Ceratizit UK & Ireland customers will be benefitting from some special introductory offers when they receive the latest edition of the machining specialist’s Special Selection publication. Among the new products featured is a new standard range of turning inserts targeting the machining of steel components. Drilling of steel, stainless steel and cast iron is covered by the high performance range of drills with TiAlN coating. These are available in flute lengths ranging between 3x and 12x diameter and diameters ranging from 1.0mm to 20 mm, with through coolant and the choice of HA and HB shanks as standard.
Also highlighted is the range of high performance (HPC) solid carbide milling cutters with their 35/38 degree geometry. Available in sizes from 3mm to 20 mm diameter in two standard lengths, these high performance cutters are suitable for a wide range of applications including side milling, full slot, ramping and helical milling.
