As the UK and Eire’s leading supplier of deburring, polishing and finishing machines, Ellesco is opening the doors of its Christchurch, Dorset facility for a week long open house event. Beginning on the 25th February the mini-exhibition will focus on its Timesavers range and visitors are challenged to bring along components to see how Ellesco and Timesavers can process your parts, whether they need basic surface graining, edge breaking, or radiussing.
“This event will be a showcase of the ultimate in surface finishing covering every aspect from deburring, surface finishing, precision grinding through to heavy slag and laser oxide removal,” says Vincent Simonis, Managing Director, Ellesco. “The machines on show from Timesavers highlight that just about anything is possible and we are happy for customers to bring along sample parts and challenge our team to deliver the end result they are looking for in terms of surface finish and edge preparation.”
Timesavers machines on show, and under power, at the event cover everything from manual through to fully automated processes and include: 10-series manual Abrasive Disc and Cup Brush machine; 12-600-W entry level Abrasive Belt machine, 22-1100-WMdMd Belt + Cup Brush machine, 32-1100-WRb Belt + Rotary Brush machine and the company’s flagship 42-1350-WRb Belt + Rotary Brush machine. With this range of machines on show the exhibition highlights that when it comes to surface preparation and finishing Timesavers and Ellesco can meet the needs of customers whatever their surface requirements may be. In addition to machinery, Ellesco will also have on show a wide range of consumable materials and will demonstrate their capabilities from deburring plastic-coated aluminium sheet through to laser oxide removal from cut edges.
In addition to Ellesco’s team of experienced sales and applications engineers, the event will be supported by representatives from the Timesavers factory, so with the the event running for a full week there will be plenty of time and expertise on hand to discuss specific applications in detail.
