Forget the kerfuffle surrounding Brexit, business is booming for Advanced Dynamics Ltd, one of the leading filling and labelling systems suppliers in the UK, which is expanding its presence at the PPMA Exhibition to show off even more machinery that can help boost production and reduce labour costs.

Visitors worried about potential staff shortages when the UK leaves the EU should make a beeline to Advanced Dynamics, a regular exhibitor at the packaging industry’s major annual event, where, due to continued growth, the company has invested in an even bigger stage at this year’s show to demonstrate its innovative and high-quality automated solutions.

Among the equipment exclusively available in the UK from Advanced Dynamics will be the SL 301 sleever, the ideal partner for fillers and cappers. Exceptionally accurate and robust, the SL 301 offers a product finish with on-shelf pizazz for complex container shapes as well as providing vital messages for consumers.

Sleeve labelling has been used predominantly for food and beverages, however, there is increasing demand from non-food sectors, including cosmetics, toiletries, pharmaceuticals, household care products and many other markets from milk containers to sun screen bottles.

Other equipment up Advanced Dynamics’ sleeve include the PRO-625, for accurately labelling bottles at high speed regardless of shape or size, the popular entry level ELF-20 for top product labelling of boxes, jars, pouches and cards as well as other related items, and the compact ELF-50 wraparound labeller for bottles, jars, tins etc.

Advanced Dynamics will also be promoting Pack Leader’s flexible PL-221 top and base label application system, complete with thermal transfer printer, the PL-501 wrap around labeller and PL-211 top labeller.

Sharing the stage with the highly accurate and robust labelling machines will be the latest in feeding technology – the Köra Packmat AF300 friction feeder which is perfect for the separation of flat products between 60gsm to 30mm, such as leaflets, postcards and booklets.

In addition to stand-out solutions for labelling and feeding, the company’s technical team will be on hand to discuss fully automatic filling and capping systems that can handle liquids and fill bottles faster than you can say post Brexit.

Advanced Dynamics’ managing director, Malcolm Little, said: “We have quite a line-up at this year’s PPMA. I’m confident that our grander stage and impressive selection of state-of-the-art kit will pull in the crowds and orders. It’s no secret that our packaging solutions can boost efficiencies across almost every market sector and transform a production line’s output.”

Pack Leader’s labelling systems are suitable for many sectors including food and drink, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, toiletries and housewares. They can all be fitted with the electronic servo-driven auto-changeover system, which will include memory storage of product parameters.

PPMA has always proved a successful sales pitch in the past for Advanced Dynamics, but this year with the growth the company is enjoying, the extra capacity is handy to show off more of the cost-effective machinery it has to offer.
