The impressive DUO-LOCK™ system is available with a range of helix and cutting geometries, an asymmetrical flute design, and wear-resistant AlTiN coatings for productive use in titanium and nickel-based super-alloys.
Providing uncompromising levels of flexibility, simplicity, and cost-effectiveness, the new DUO-LOCK™ replaceable head end mill solution from WIDIA incorporates a connection system developed in conjunction with Haimer. This makes the new DUO-LOCK™ from ITC the tool available that can predictably take full-width slotting cuts in stainless steel and aerospace alloys at 1xD deep or even 50% cut widths at 1.5xD.

For those machine shops that prefer a simpler toolholding approach, ITC can offer a variety of WIDIA integral shank taper, lobed and HSK-style toolholders as well as straight shank adapters from 10 to 32mm diameter.
