(Nanofabrica is offering to print your parts and present them to you at the upcoming euspen annual conference and exhibition in Bilbao, Spain.)
Nanofabrica recently announced the commercial launch of its micron-level resolution additive manufacturing (AM) platform to global acclaim, and is today making an offer to print parts for interested companies free of charge.
The company’s micro AM platform is characterised by the ability to make parts with extremely high precision at a speed and cost required for industrial manufacturing, achieving micron resolution over centimeter-sized parts. The technology is also a true mass manufacturing tool, able to make thousands of parts in a simple build.
For the first time, manufacturers from across industry that require micron and sub-micron level accuracy and resolution have an AM platform available, and so now these manufacturers have the ability to benefit from the advantages of AM, such as the fact that AM is agnostic to part complexity, and it is possible to design and manufacture unique geometries. As such, the Nanofabrica technology becomes an enabling technology, and a true stimulator of innovation, allowing the manufacture of parts and features previously impossible.
AM also requires no set up and tooling costs, and if you add to this that AM allows for mass customisation, personalization, and the ability to use the same manufacturing platform for prototyping, small batches, and mass manufacturing, the benefits now available for the micro manufacturing community with Nanofabrica’s AM technology are obvious.
And it is from this perspective that Nanofabrica is making an offer to this community, to present attendees at the annual euspen conference and exhibition with their own requested physical parts produced on the AM platform at the event.
The euspen annual conference and exhibition will be running 3-7 June 2019 in Bilbao, Spain, and is recognised as attracting the cream of Europe’s micro manufacturing community. The event focuses on all the latest technological developments that advance innovation at the micron and sub-micron level, and key suppliers of these technology solutions — such as Nanofabrica — populate the exhibition.
Jon Donner, CEO of Nanofabrica explains the proposition for euspen attendees. “It’s quite simple really. We believe that the best way to prove what our AM system can do, how high the resolution and accuracy of the parts we make are, is to manufacture parts for attendees. Registered attendees are welcome to send us their files, and we will examine and print them. That is how confident we are that you will be amazed by the capabilities of our system, and this we feel will mean that we can forge meaningful relationships with manufacturers that will endure into the future.”
Nanofabrica is aware — as the first mover in the micro AM space for production — that it needs to establish partnership relationships with its customers that extends from product inception through to mass manufacturing. This offer for attendees at the euspen event reflects its commitment to put the customer first and provide innovative ideas and offers to stimulate commercial relationships.
